Zero tracking

Zero Data. Zero Tracking. Zero Knowledge.

## 1. Zero Data Collection Architecture

Layergram is based on a rigorous "Zero Knowledge" and "Zero Data" architecture. We do not collect, store, transmit or process personal data, messages, metadata or encryption keys. We do not operate central servers to route messages.

## 2. Cryptographic Keys and Local Storage

All cryptographic keys (including X25519 pairs and AES-GCM symmetric keys) are generated locally. They never leave the device. Encrypted payloads and metadata (such as IDs and timestamps) are stored in a heavily encrypted local database.

## 3. App Permissions

Layergram requires only the permissions strictly necessary to run locally:

- **Notes:** Required to copy and paste cover messages and encrypted payloads.

- **Biometrics/Device Credentials:** Only needed locally to lock the app and protect the keys. We do not have access to your biometric data.

- **Camera (Optional):** Only needed if you choose to scan a QR code to share your public key.

## 4. Third Party Analytics and Telemetry

Layergram does NOT contain third-party trackers, analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, or advertising frameworks. Your usage data remains completely private.

## 5. Website

Our website (layergram.app) is completely static. We do not use tracking cookies, analytical pixels or profiling tools.
